How We Started?

It all began with handful of clients who needed their taxes filed in 2002. Due to our exceptional service our existing clients brought many friends and family members. Ever since we started in 2002, we never had to advertise our services. We started with personal tax return and expanded to wide range of services for businesses and individuals.

Following time line shows our growth over the year:

  • 2002: Started with few personal tax returns
  • 2004: Offered day to day accounting service (bookkeeping)
  • 2006: Corporate Tax, Partnership Tax service
  • 2007: Sales Tax and Payroll Tax offered, Started full service accounting with financial statements
  • 2008: Independent solution for complete Payroll including Direct Deposit, Check Printing and Customized Reporting. Tax Service expanded to all states and all modules. Sales and Excise tax reporting for all states added. Offered customized process for new business formation including Trademarks and Copyrights.
  • 2009: Significant expansion in IT service with Document Management, Data Management and Point of Sale installation
  • 2010: More addition to IT service with Web Design, Domain Registration, Web Hosting
  • 2011: Introduced customized training for Best Practices in Accounting, Data retention policy, System Training for selected area. Launch of arthacc.com. Launch of Online Client Portal. Introducing "CPAnetApps" for online accounting tasks and "CPATech" for range of IT services.

    Where Are We Going?

    One thing that we realized over the span of 9 years is that our business can only be as strong as our client's business. In order to make our clients stronger we continue to innovate. If we can save some time and money for our client by improving our business process we will do it, if we realize that client can improve their process we will help them.

    Emailing documents on demand was working fine for us. but wanted to take it further so we designed documents management software so clients can have their documents anytime they want, no need to demand. This is just one example of our commitment to improve service. And guess what we will not stop improving! EVER!
